HOW TO GET RID OF CELLULITE HOW TO ELIMINATE CELLULITE FAST ON LEGS THIGHS AND BUM OR BUTT I'm a model and THIS is my story on how to get rid of cellulite once and for all by BRIANNA MEIGHAN. I was a new mom to a newborn baby boy who I wanted to exclusively breastfeed however he kept having reflux everytime I nursed him. Turns out it was my diet and regular dairy consumption that was causing my baby's milk allergy. Now, I am not a medical professional nor am I nutritionist. This is simply my story as to what I did to get rid of cellulite, it is what worked for me and also my newborn baby who immediately was able to nurse as soon as I eliminated dairy from my diet. These are my tips on how to loose weight fast. But the key are these diet tips to loose weight fast is to make this your lifestyle, not just a 14 day diet plan. It's simple to get rid of cellulite, simply cut out all dairy! I mean eliminate dairy and you will get rid of cellulite!
Since I stopped consuming dairy, my cellulite went away! Even as a mom in my 30s, I am 100% cellulite free and I know it's because I stopped consuming dairy (milk, cheese, cream, etc.)
So here’s the thing, cellulite totally sucks!! We all know that but I promise it really is 100% curable, and to be honest, I’m proof of that, and today I'm going to tell you exactly what I did to get rid of stubborn cellulite dimples once and for all! But first, let me just tell you even though I'm cellulite free now, it wasn't always that way! Even having been s model for more than 10 years, I was so self-conscious about my dimply thighs and butt that I refused to do any photo shoots in bikini or swimsuit!! I hated the idea of walking on the beach withou my sarong and the last thing I would have ever dreamt of wearing is one of those Brazilian tanga bikini bottoms! Like forget it! But then something happened, as soon as my first baby was born, my son William, I was so dedicated to being as natural as possible y only breast-feeding him. However, he was spitting-up, well actually, it was more like vomiting, ever drop of breastmilk he drank. I mean, he would soak his clothes every time he nursed. Finally the Pedatrician said, try for 24-hours more y if not, you'll have to start him on baby formula. Just then, a girlfriend mentioned that I eliminate ALL DAIRY from my diet. My initial reaction was, IMPOSSIBLE, But I was so dedicated to only breast feeding my brand new little baby, that I gave it a try and you know what 2 amazing things happened: my baby stopped vomiting (almost immediately) and 2) about 2 weeks later, my husband noticed that my cellulite seemed like it was going away… JACK POT!!!! 🙌 To this day, my whole family and I are lactose free due to our lactose intolerance.
So now let's fast forward 4-years later to where we are today and guess what, not only do I not have ANY cellulite on my legs or butt, but my lower stomach also lost that little fatty pooch. Not kidding, I promise! And the funny part is, now I'm in my 30s and I've even had 2 kids with ultra HUGE pregnant bellies both time and I promise that my body looks better now than when I was in my 20s and before having kids!
Ok, so you're probably asking, how does one really eliminate DAIRY? Well, these days there really are SO many alternatives to Dairy, you just need to look for them. So let me share with you my fav "non-dairy" or lactose free products:
