List of materials: good exercise habits, great eating habits. Well you can't do it fast. That's the short answer. But really what it comes down to, cellulite is just body fat that has a different, a bit of a dimpled appearance and it occurs in men and in women. Often times more in women than in men, could be for hormonal reasons. Anyway, number one, you have to clean up your diet. So if you are eating a lot of packaged processed foods, a lot of cereals and grains, that's not going to help. So you need to reduce packaged processed food intake and make sure you're maximizing healthy fat intake along with eating lots of vegetables maybe a little bit of fruit, lots of healthy proteins. Make sure you drink water as opposed to caffeinated drinks like Red Bull and caffeine and non-caffeinated beverages like orange juice, cut all that stuff out and you've got to weight train. You have to add, you have to increase the general muscle tone of your whole body. The only way to do that is with intelligent weight training. So, again to lose body fat which is cellulite, make sure that you are eating well, make sure that you're training well, make sure that you are well watered as well, drinking lots of water.
